3. Can I place a deposit to hold a vehicle?

We do not accept deposits to hold vehicles. Holding vehicles can limit your options and tie you to a specific dealership. Instead, we commit to selling a vehicle when you sign the necessary documents at the point of sale.

4. Is your price negotiable?

We offer everyone the opportunity to negotiate the asking price of a vehicle. To ensure the vehicle suits your needs and preferences, we recommend visiting us in person before negotiating. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing and provide receipts to show our markup. While we cannot give cars away for free, we strive to offer fair deals.

5. What is your best cash price?

The price listed on our vehicles represents both the cash and financed price. We treat bank checks and cash deposits equally. If a vehicle is outside your desired budget, we suggest sorting our inventory by price to find options within your range.

6. Do your vehicles come with warranties?

Yes, all our regular inventory comes with a warranty. We provide a 3-month/3,000-mile warranty at no cost. This warranty covers the powertrain and engine block. Additionally, we offer extended warranties with exceptional coverage for up to 6 years with unlimited miles.

7. Are the titles clean?

Rest assured, all our titles are clean, and we do not sell branded titles or salvage titles. Salvage titles can impact the condition of the vehicle and may pose insurance challenges. We prioritize your safety and ensure that our vehicles are reliable and free from potential risks.

8. Are the mileage readings accurate?

Yes, our mileage readings are accurate. We source vehicles with relatively low mileage, often from individuals who have driven them sparingly. To ensure transparency, we conduct thorough inspections and run three independent history reports on every car we offer. This ensures that our customers receive dependable, long-lasting vehicles.

9. Have the vehicles been inspected? Are they certified?

All our vehicles undergo inspections and reconditioning performed by reputable local professionals. We partner with commercial establishments in the area for inspections, as we believe in the expertise of specialized mechanics. Please note that only manufacturers can certify vehicles, and independent dealers cannot sell certified cars. We provide you with detailed invoices showcasing the mechanical services, smog checks, and detailing performed on each vehicle.

10. Where do you get your vehicles?

Our vehicles come from various sources, including dealer-only auto auctions, trade-ins, and consignments. We prioritize obtaining West Coast cars due to their generally better condition compared to vehicles from regions with harsh weather conditions. However, we do occasionally accept trades from individuals who previously lived in other states.

11. Can you deliver the vehicle?

Yes, we offer nationwide vehicle delivery. If you would like a quote on the cost of shipping a vehicle to your location, please give us a call.

12. Do you have the Carfax report?

Yes, we provide free Carfax reports for each of our listed vehicles. In addition to Carfax, we also offer two other independent reports called AUTCHECK and NMVTIS
